Please note that we do not have control over customs clearance processes and therefore cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or procedures. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available to us.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the estimated delivery window.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELAYED DELIVERY

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than the estimated time frames due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

If there are no tracking updates for an extended period (30 or more business days), please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

Delays are more likely during busy seasons such as November to December, promotional periods, or major holidays.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If a cancellation request is made within 30 minutes of placing an order and before processing begins, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply.

If an order has already been confirmed as processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
